>>10120979>>10120641Amy finally arrives back at the Divine Mansion having had to walk all the way home from the arena, her phones battery had died on the way but she'd made herself feel better by taking a detour to the Night Villa to forcefully embed her baseball bat in the front door. Doors are more expensive that you'd think, especially in a place like Spaghettitown. From the deluge of messages she'd ascertained that Nikki was here, the fact that she was at the Divine Mansion and not in intensive care or the morgue brought her a little comfort but she still had no idea what to expect as she climbed the stairs, walked along the corridor and after taking a deep breath entered the infirmary.
Amy finds Nicole unconscious, or maybe just sleeping, on her back with Jennifer laying perched on the very edge of the bed clutching her arm. She looks like she may have been crying. Amy brushes the loose hairs out of Jennifer's face then covers her with a blanket. Unsure of what she should do but feeling utterly exhausted Amy lays perched on the opposite side of the bed and clutches Nicole's free arm. As Amy feels the warmth in Nicole's arm she suddenly becomes overwhelmed with emotion and weeps silently.
