And there is no denying that pretty much nobody gives a shit about this match - Not Cody fans, not AJ fans.... not even if LA v AJ was a decent WM match, not even if it's Cody first "real" title defense.
The hangover from being jerked around for 2 years with Cody, 3 years of coconuts that seemed unreal in comparison to other runs to finally end in WM40 is tangible.
But they at least tried, there's a reason it's AJ, they try to bake it interesting with promos and intersecting stories that led to the match up.
