Arisa Shinose (18, Ice Ribbon), the daughter of Asuka Pro-Wrestling founder Akira Shinose, announced on social media that she will officially inherit the Shining Wizard after the retirement of Keiji Muto (60).
Muto gave her permission to use the move on a television program the two appeared on last year.
