Not many guys do tiger drivers in NJPW right now. Tiger Mask uses it as his finisher, but he's an old tag guy so he doesn't really finish matches. Ospreay uses it, but usually just as a variation on the Stormbreaker. Taichi uses it, but only as a king's road-ism. I think Tama used it as a Jay tribute and got the pin with it that way.
