The DEI grants they've relied upon for profitability have dried up and they're wasting astronomical amounts of money on a WWE deal that won't net them a single new subscriber. You obsess over a carny-infested business and understand none of its machinations.
Also, WWE successfully negotiated outside of FOX to get their deals a full year before expiration. Nick Khan inked new deals with The CW, USA and Netflix. Those are all companies not owned by FOX/Disney. AEW's rights expiration is a year away and WBD hasn't been at the negotiation table with them since last summer. Nor has anyone else.
