I wouldn't pay much attention to other sections not being sold out since they are large. It's not a typical arena since it's 5000 seats mostly on only 3 sides. It looks like it is going to be a great venue and a unique set up for a Stardom PPV. It's closer to TDC Hall than a typical PPV arena in the way it is laid out. Hopefully it doesn't sound as dead as the other venues either.
