For some reason Oz doesn't sell all the seats at Korakuen. If you see their seating charts, pic attached, many of the orange seats are blacked out.
They set their max at like 850.
Some anon said you can actually pay less rent for that option.

This seating configuration only allows for 877 maximum.
It's not coof seating because everybody is sitting next to each other on the North (top), East and West sides and bunched together in the floor and middle section of the South side (bottom).

Then for the cheaper seats on the south side it's every other seat - those black squares. I didn't go look at other companies seating charts yet but this makes me wonder if Korakuen offers cheaper cost if you limit your attendance? Or fans have given feedback they like the choice of spacing out and the company responded?
