AEW fan should be rooting for WWE more than anyone because it means more ready-made superstars walking into their company if/when they part ways with WWE. Tony Khan has shown he won't sign the lazy shitters who can't go in the ring - if someone is good enough to be signed by TK, they're good enough to immediately be in the rotation. The less training they need to do good TV matches and TV promos, the better.
You can't expect AEW fan to do the obvious, however, because they lack frontal lobe development. Why would they care about success for AEW in a few years when they can repeatedly run into a brick wall trying to take down WWE today? Unfortunately this sort of obsession with anti-WWE messaging, and failure to participate in pro-AEW endeavors to build goodwill, is one of the plethora of reasons that Swineamite got cancelled and will be getting kicked off WBD soon.
