This belt is pointless for two reasons. First, WWE already had more than one world title so adding another was silly. Second, it is a fraud. It was presented as the lineal heavyweight championship tracing back to the first wrestling champion (Hackenschmidt), but it is nothing of the kind. The only championship that is directly descended from the original WHC is the NWA world title. No championship that WWE owns is a legitimate descendant of the original.
