Valuation is a meme. It's a pyramid scheme for big business to recruit investors and make themselves look good. Based on intangibles like "brand strength" and projected future earnings, TV deals, etc.
To an extent you can predict this, hire analysts, take into account assets, revenue, etc., but it's still hypothesis in the end and doesn't represent actual value.
