If you have 5 viewers and you get that to 10, that's a 100% increase, it doesn't make it good.
AEW's rating for Rampage have bottomed out so flat that even a shift to 400-500k is a massive increase in percentage terms, while WWE's ratings have plateaued in the consistent 2m-2.5m range, so the percentage increases will begin to dip, but that doesn't automatically make it bad.
