You synergize the two stores as much as possible and have them use each other as springboards to support each of their growth and expansion.
Stardom and NJPW are different shows with different consumer bases. Combining them into a single, homogenous product will lose you money. Doing crossovers to build brand awareness and increase profitability ('special events', when branded right, are always big money makers) is the way to go. Expect to see a lot more crossover between NJPW and Stardom, both in and out of ring, but with a strict policy that this are separate businesses that do business with each other, that's it.
