It doesnt look like she goes out of her apartment much based on every single picture we see of her out in public. The only time we see her is with Sumie or part of the WWE travel schedule which Iyo herself says keeps her busy enough to not be sad with homesickness and loneliness.
Also Peta dying couldn't have been good. She was so affected by his death to this day she hasnt got a new cat probably because she's hurt by his death.
