Personally I think once you hit 19/20 age should be disqualified, the number is too restricting.
If someone is 30 but looks 20 because they take care of themselves, they should be on the same level not put down for not achieving as much.
Especially when you have old dickheads like JR saying:

It's not realistic and it's quite disheartening for people who started wrestling in their mid 20s, like they already failed somehow.
