Mixed bag at best. He's a better actor so his words are more believable, but still very wooden and obvious when he's reading a script.
I don't think John Cena has a soul, so I'm not surprised he can't mimic realistic human emotions. Anyone who says otherwise probably grew up with him or doesn't know what a good wrestling promo is.
