It's much better to be thick and big than to look like a bodybuilder. What you can't be is scrawny, which is what most guys look like today. You need to look like a full grown man, a guy that the audience would be intimidated by if they met them in the wrong circumstance. Nobody is intimidated by Adam Cole or the Young Bucks, for example. But Arn looks like a guy you don't want to mess with.
