You won't look ripped and lean first year and basically never will get to your goal natty. Or without turning into a 24/7 gymbro and making your life miserable.
Just thought I'd give you a heads up and help you figure out that all your goals superficial goals for your failing aging body might not be the best thing to get obsessed about because if you have fucked up goals nothing will ever be enough and that's your life now, another damn sisyphus rolling the bolder up the hill if you get hung up on stupid goals instead of the work towards them and accepting that it might not be possible.
You should go train and work out though, get stronk, work all the damn support groups and not just showroom muscles. Start by building a foundation first. Do the training people you want to resemble do but always diversify a bit, switch up routines monthly and work.on.those.support.muscles.
