I was super bored and decided to calculate exactly how much they'd make if they sold every ticket to the US show. Used some excel napkin math and an api call on the wrestlecon website to find out how many GA seats there are (300, about 70 of which are sold right now). If they sell everything, that's $40590 in ticket revenue.
Did some research and tried to get an estimated range for costs for running the event. Assuming Namba goes (and someone else covers Miyu, Maki, and Yuka's flights), that's about $14000 for return flights for everyone. If they have to pay for hotel rooms for everyone, which they probably don't, wrestlecon hotel costs $260 per night for a double room which is $4160 for everyone for 2 nights. If they have to pay for venue hire, which they almost definitely don't, globe website says it's $5400 for half day. So base costs ranging somewhere from $14000 to $23560.
They sell out they get ticket revenue of $40,590. Estimated costs ranging from $14,000 to $23,560. So rough guess of earnings from $17,030 to $39,190. And that's before merch etc.
Koda could probably afford to bring Pom over if it sells out, which it probably will, and still have decent money. Honestly Koda could afford to bring the whole roster over if they want and are willing to cut into their earnings.
Anyway I'm going to sleep after that total waste of time. Good night everyone.
