It should be still held to the same standards as the rest of the shows cast: Does it draw? Does it produce good stories? Are the matches good. It's no different from something like the Retribution arriving on the scene or even DIY or the UK midgets crew or some "we wrestlers and sports gear" group like the Creeds.
Only thing that matters if it's gonna work in the context of the show and if it produces good entertainment, good feuds and good matches- preferably at the same time. You'll find that Bray consistently lacked two of these elements with his Howdy and Fiend runs but to me and few other people it was interesting enough to be entertaining - sure beat the hell out of whatever else Vince was cooking up a lot of times.
That's all still an unknown at this point. If the rumors are true that it's Bo, Gacy and Lumis,I trust they can put up a good show between the bell rings at least if they get to work and not just stand around like what happened with Bray's return.
