Miz has wrestled consistently on TV for the better part of 20 years non-stop with next to no injury. And he was always criticized as being a poor wrestler.
In contrast, Chris Benoit (who coincidently would fuck with Miz) was a well-respected, beloved wrestler who would leave it all in the ring every night.
Benoit worked SO hard and put so much of himself into wrestling that he drove himself insane from the constant brain trauma and bodily injury, killed his family and roped. Now he's reviled and hated.
Meanwhile, The Miz has had a longer wrestling run that Benoit, is respected, has a beautiful family, was/is more successful in wrestling, has made more money than Benoit ever has and hasn't wrecked himself through working so hard too often.
Like Miz, work smart not hard.
