Cody Rhodes should feud with a returning Dustin Rhodes (no goldust gimmick). Dustin would come out to "help" Cody when Brock opens him up hardway and damn near kills him at SummerSlam. After Dustin begs Brock to stop, Brock mercifully pins Cody 123.
After Brock leaves Dustin picks up his brother, hugs him and raises Cody's arm in victory. Dustin says "I love you" then proceeds to do a crossrhodes on Cody. After that Dustin does the Shawn Michaels' stare to his brother's broken corpse.
Feud would basically be about how Dustin feels Cody is disgracing their father' legacy. Harping on him losing to Roman and not finishing the story. Would be done with shoot style promos.
