Champions don't work "Eliminator" matches. Those are for challengers looking to move up in the rankings in the hopes that they get a "Mandatory" title shot. In the rare case where a champ works a non-title fight, that's what they call it. And if by some miracle they lose, people tend to be smart enough to know there's going to be an immediate rematch for the belt.
