>>10601913> like somehow making millions of dollars more while working an easier style is the mark optionIt's called a mark contract because they get sent to NXT where they make less than six figures and work the same indieshitter style they've always done. Also while pretty much everyone makes at least six figures on the main roster, the number of people who make a clean milly is pretty limited. And it's not really an "easier style" when you're on the road working multiple matches a week.
Tons of people have gone on record talking about how brutal and rigorous the WWE schedule is, and tons of people who have left said it's a big reason why they left. Tons of people have also gone on record talking about how they took a significant pay cut when they first went to WWE (e.g. Sami Zayn). You're stupid if you think that Adam Cole for example isn't making more money in AEW than he was while he was in WWE. I'm sure the average WWE paycheck (if you don't include NXT) is higher than the average AEW paycheck, but AEW isn't a TNA in that regard. Also AEW's roster is so bloated because Tony is a fucking idiot that a lot of guys probably only work like two five minute matches a month. This is actually a huge problem AEW has, they have so many green shitters who can't work and they never get any matches in.
