My idea for a heel
"Klaus" Konrad Kinnamon
Hes put off as a southern gentlemen but clearly a foreigner. His reasons for this are yet unclear, and it would seem most people don't seem to care. He often breaks his accent when impassioned and starts using terminology that would hint to having some past military service.
He plays by his own rules, and takes any shortcuts he can to have a better chance at winning but he can't seem to get the job done on his own so hes been scouting talent that are physically gifted but more impressionable than their counterparts. So far he has not had any luck but he is monitoring PWCW for candidates.
In the ring he uses mostly holds with foreign names, Irish whips, Mongolian chops, Polish Hammer, ect. His finish is a Straight Jacket German Suplex he bridges into a pin combination that he calls the "Dinna Bell" and will often shout "Its time ta ring tha Dinna Bell!" before going for it.
For his look, imagine a somewhat younger Colonel Sanders but still white as snow hair. He wears red tinted glasses and walks around in a southern gentleman's suit but its primary color is Black or Charcoal(depending on day) with White accents. He has a walking cane as well that he clearly does not need for walking but is often used in his matches.
I know you said no AI but I dont feel like trying to draw so I took a shot and I think this gives a good impression of his look.
