>>10951604Then I'll just avoid the women's stuff. I mean some of the female superstars are pretty attractive but I don't care about how good looking the women are, I want to see entertaining wrestling.
>>10951608Good idea, forgot Summerslam was a thing. I'm not paying. Know any good sites?
>>10951633Yeah I was really spoiled, I guess we all were, weren't we. I still can't believe how popular Stone Cold was. The guy broke out of wrestling and was going on fucking talk and game shows, like wtf is going on. I was legitimately scared of the Undertaker, Kane, Randy Orton, etc as a kid. Genuine fear. I don't even see how any kid today watching this could get 1/100 of the awe I felt watching Rey Mysterio launching himself across the entire ring and landing ass first on Kurt Angle or whoever's face. Or 1/100 of the emotion of him getting thrown around like a child by giants. I thought the guy fucking died a few times.
>>10951717Yeah I'm going to stick my toes and see if I like it. If not, back to 1980-2010.
>>10951872I remember Roman Reigns in the mid 2010s when I tried getting back into it, and the guy was just so wooden. I didn't hate him or anything, he was just blasé. Looking at some of the stuff they've done in the last few years he seems to have been salvaged, at least somewhat. But I don't know, the Jason Momoa types just never did it for me. Isn't his whole thing now that he's a heel who thinks he's a face? I don't know any stories or feuds but that seems like a good idea for him. I think Cody should do it also, I remember him from back in the day. Watched some of his independent and AEW stuff. Very sad that the company hasn't been able to find a good diamond-in-the-rough like back in the day, just look at what Ohio Valley Wrestling alone churned out. People are turning in for 40+ year old men because they're the only ones with star power. Many such cases! Sad!
