But Ahmed shoot broke Ron Simmons's ribs during a match, and when Ron came back months later he beat the absolute shit out of Ahmed in the ring, and Ahmed was gone from the WWF shortly after that. Additionally even though Vince loved Ahmed, he just pissed a lot of people off in the locker room, he even threatened to beat up JR, so all of that combined was why he never ended up getting the strap. Dude was his own worst enemy.
