Him on top has massively, massively over-exposed his promo. His delivery is pretty mediocre -- yells damn near everything and has shit range -- and he's carried by shock-value content that has worn thin. That short period of time where he was cutting weird creepypasta promos and subsequently apologizing for them on social media was just pathetic.
In short, Tony is over-investing in AEW's Santino Marella hoping he'll be AEW's Austin.
