Tony thought by this point the bucks would have sat down with punk and squashed everything . They could have done the elite/CMFTR for the main event for the show . Tony was so keen on the idea he delayed the card for weeks and ultimately fucked up storylines because of it.
The back up plan was ftr/bucks 3 and omega/punk but even that fell though so they’ve settled for ftr/bucks. Bullet club gold was supposed to be involved too which is why they were feuding with punk weeks ago .
