He has told me similar things, such as how half white children can be seen as a status symbol over there. It's depressing to think about. Luckily I live in the US so I haven't experienced these things. Korean men are often rude and uncaring, I find they expect a lot from you without giving in return. Unfortunately, the type of Chinese guy I like is usually just looking for another Chinese girl to settle down with and make mom and dad happy. If I could marry a cute tech office worker I think I'd be overjoyed. I have been struggling recently to meet anyone and the older I get, the more I feel like maybe I won't meet someone. Sigh.
