The day these milestones and achievements run out, might be the day TJPW starts to book properly again.
Milestones and big venues lead to management rewarding the veterans for leading them there. Their dreams were to compete in bigger venues, grow TJPW to bigger heights, everytime they achieve that, they are rewarded by being in the most important spots and winning titles, even if they sacrifice mobility.
After all, all four of them arrived in 2013, they've all helped this promotion grow from Akihabara to the Sumo Hall in less than 10 years, they've led the path and remained loyal no matter what, so whenever TJPW breaks a record, or does a "first time" in any aspect, it's headlined by them. Take Grand Princess for example. Shoko and Miyu debuted in the Sumo Hall, on a DDT show, now they've led the promotion they built from the scratch, to that same venue, thanks to their work, with no joshi veteran behind, no sawdusting, they've gotten there on their own, not some crossover with a bigger wrestling promotion hosting them. It's THEIR show, so they're rewarded by main eventing it.
When the big shows become a yearly occurrence, when the dreams stop being a matter of "lets do it next year", we will finally see an organic progression where people move up and down the roster, where the talent rises to the top and we see new champions based on popularity and story, not rewards for years of service.
