they could have brought face rusev back and rusev day and gotten him over big. instead its dimeless heel rusev. and melikey blacks is just a complete flop, will never draw a dime at all.
they already had better midcard guys they could have used instead.
that's not to say that some of their recent hires weren't good - many were. but imo these guys are the absolute worst WWE hires within the last year aside from jeff cobb and maybe ricky saints.
