No one wanted to speak up because of his background. Apparently he was a part of a murder/shootout, the manager had taken a liking to him though. On top of that despite me working there for nearly a year they ended up giving him a raise and more hours. Then they hired a literal mexican tranny with tattoos on his face and gave him special treatment. His immediate pay was something like 21 dollars an hour, come the fuck on. The restaurant itself is just a "Taco Bell" equivalent of Chinese food served on fancy plates, I recall we had a really bad rat infestation and roaches too. Don't even get me started on how many people got salmonella from eating there. The head chef was this faggot 24 year old mexican dude who thought he was Gordon Ramsay, fake ass cholo gangbanger tough guy who used to be a soccer player dude was 100 pounds soaking wet. Everyone that worked there was mexican. I'd constantly get shit on for "being white", everyone just assumed I was. I remember the manager talking about wanting to rape one of the girls he hired, he said it as a joke but then got uncomfortable when no one laughed. Horrible place to work, got a super low percentage of tips (talking like 5 dollars a night), while waiters would sit on their asses and get over 300 a night in tips alone, the pay was shit (14 dollars an hour) and never got any hours. Fuck PF Chang's.
