>Welcome To The World Inside Shino Suzuki's mind! #5: Let me introduce you to my recent thoughts!
>Today, for a reason, I wanted to say: "Let me introduce you to my recent self!" Suddenly, but honestly—I’ve been writing way too much lately. And it’s all paid writing. Sorry about that.
>Writing has become something I get paid for. But the thing is, I don’t have any particular writing talent, nor have I really studied it. Writing itself doesn’t have intrinsic value. Since most of my writing is personal, if I, myself, have no value, then technically, I shouldn’t be able to charge money for it. And yet, I’ve been given the opportunity to write columns. I’m incredibly grateful.
>Someone even told me, "Take this as your first step to becoming a columnist idol!"—how kind. The happiest thing that happened to me recently was that someone noticed and praised something about me that I had been consciously thinking about, but had never actually mentioned to anyone. That being said, I’m sorry, but today’s column is definitely not the kind of thing a columnist idol would write.
>Lately, I’ve been going through some stuff, and my mental state has been a bit fragile. I’ve also been thinking about Valentine’s Day and things like that. I recently started using headphones, and while I can clearly understand the native pronunciation of "Noise Cancel" and "Normal" when switching modes, I can’t quite catch the third mode. It sounds like "Trash Genesy" or something. What even is that mode? With my current listening skills, can I really go to Las Vegas?
>Speaking of which, my Las Vegas trip has been confirmed! No joke, around 15 people have asked me about my passport. I do have one, but at this point, I’ve been asked so many times that I’m starting to doubt whether my passport is real or just some illusionary booklet. Like… would it be okay if I just handed it over to one of the concerned people for safekeeping?
