Because it's not a rental car. That's a bucket 2006 Hyundai Accent that's probably a non starter and they got it for like $500. The paint is clearly fading and the headlights are dirty and I doubt any, even semi respectable rental place, would offer a car in that shape for rent. I live in a piece of shit country and whenever I was looking to rent a car they were all in pristine shape, even the much older ones. Copenseethen.
