The extent of the Shoko - Yuka segments was pure "Hey let's do flashy shit it'll look super cool" but it ended up looking like a poorly choreographed movie scene. The amount of waiting, timing issues, bullshit staredowns and Yuka straight up being too fat to do proper springboard stuff anymore truly brought this match down. Props to Mizuki and Misao for having the best moments.
