Kaito's been looking lost in the shuffle ever since he lost to Kenoh, they've promoted the hell out of Shiozaki and even had Kaito and Inaba come out to his music as his titantron still reads I AM NOAH despite losing the New Years match and the rookies are all stuck doing the same matches over and over again with no growth as the secondary belt is on a 51 year old freelancer.
With that said, it should be Kenoh.
