Tons of huge explanations of storylines on Okada, Naito, Tanahashi, Omega, etc, deleted off the face of the Earth due to copyright claims. It's sad, man. Making NJPW a bigger barrier to entry for no good reason.
Anyways, to briefly answer your questions to the best of my memory:
1) Naito used to be partners with Yujiro Takahashi as NO LIMIT. They were a part of Chaos. This was back when Chaos was way more heelish than they are now. Their true origins, led by Shinsuke Nakamura and Toru Yano. One day, Yujiro Takahashi turned on Tetsuya Naito because he was worthless and no longer needed. Yujiro stayed in Chaos, Naito was cast out and basically turned babyface and someone that didn't really have any allies anywhere, having to earn his way back. The guys that attacked him were Yujiro's main Chaos friends at the time.
>>12827758It started as Kojima-Gun, back when Kojima was a heel. TAKA Michinoku and Taichi were already a part of it. Then when Kojima felt like a worthless leader because of a few too many losses, Suzuki came in, replaced him, and renamed it to Suzuki-Gun. Funny, cause Suzuki lost way more over time than Kojima had back then and no one ever replaced him.
As for obsessive women constantly screaming a guy's name, that's just a proud puro tradition. We'll know Shota made it when he gets one of those.
