Well Rampage was cancelled and Collision keeps getting moved around because the ratings are also dogshit. Plus there is the fact that WBD owns a piece of AEW so this whole contract they have won't save them. Shockwave was rumored to be a show until Fox saw how bad the ratings were and got scared.
