There is NO way in hell that AEW gets a rights increase. That would be actually crazy of WBD to pay more for a product that has seen one of the largest YOY declines in television history.

AEW is not getting an increase. They won't even be getting an equal deal to what they originally got.

In fact the odds of them not getting renewed at all are higher than getting an increase. They will likely get renewed at a much lower rights deal than they had originally and the AEW spergs will act like they "won" because they were renewed at all even if it's much lower. Because they like to pretend SD was cancelled instead being sold for a much much larger amount.

I get why he has to do it but it's still cringe and Tiny deserves to be laughed at.

AEW isn't getting cancelled but it has no leverage. With WBD or other potential channels. If it had a must-have product, it would have secured a deal With someone already.

Tiny doesn't wanna accept but AEW has already settled. It's not going to get any bigger, it's biggest chance for rapid growth was 2019 or beginning of 2022 at the latest (excusing how covid fucked up the timeline)

Not bad enough to cancel, but not good enough to open uo the wallet for, it's midcard filler slop for the WBD channels and Zaslov has bigger fish to fry. Either take their deal or walk. I'm sure Zaslav appreciates all the praise and crossover synergy but AEW is not a billion dollar investment that will make stockholders happy. And Tony Khan does not have the cache of a Mark Cuban. Stockholders don't give a fuck about him, he's done nothing that wasn't already set up by his dad's money

I don't know how much longer I can take AEW being laughed at anymore.
We had the momentum and the trajectory to be caught up to the fed in ticket sales and ratings by now, but our show hasn't even touched 800K in months. All in has barely sold more than half of what it sold last year and ticket sales in the US are in the gutter.
The shows are starting to resemble the fed more and more with their sports entertainment bullshit
I keep reminding the drones that SlopDown was cancelled but they just no sell it and laugh at us.
Worst of all, Tony was supposed to announce the new WBD TV deal on Dynamite this week, we were assured about that by based dirtsheets, and yet the announcement never came. The NBA leaving TNT seemed like a ray of hope that our show would now get more attention and money from WBD and we could laugh at the edrones but now it turns out that WBD is suing the NBA, completely ignoring AEW in the process.
We got 3 huge game changers this year but 2 out of 3 of them look like Jabronis and GOATsprey keeps getting humped in the face by Daniel Garcia who is trapped in his retarded sports entertainment character
Whitepill me on this promotion that i have loved for all these years bros, I can't take it anymore.

Ok but what's the point if WBD is renewing all their shows??? I'm frankly disappointed in these memes at this point. I want AEW to die asap so the least I was expecting was cancellation of Rampage and Collision by now.

And when is the WBD deal negotiation window closing? First you guys said it was may, then june. Then mid july was the super final date. Now august is coming and I have yet to see any news of AEW getting cancelled. Hell, it seems like they are even getting a MAX streaming deal.
