Bianca is obviously facing Jade, so its a matter of who wins the Rumble, and who wins EC. If they have Raquel beat Steph, which is very unlikely, then Bianca will win the Rumble, because Liv challenging Raquel when they're still supposed to be best friends makes no sense, and it would be much better to have Liv win EC and be forced to face Raquel.
If they keep it on Vaquer, then Raquel can lose to her, Liv can say she'll take care of it herself since Raquel can't, and then Raquel can turn on Liv after she wins and you'll have an easy feud there.
