Penta probably still owns penta. Danhausen's name is big and part of the gimmick. Someone who is less well known like IYO was probably told she had to sell her name outright and said fuck that and instead got a new name that the WWE owns.
I think there's some whole weird thing with like Kairi's name because she went from Kairi Hojo to Kairi Sane to KAIRI to Kairi Sane
