Despite her confrontation with Nanae I don't think she would be a good fit for NSA, but given the way Momo recently spoke about finding inspiration and encouragement from Mayu perhaps Waka would benefit from a stint in STARS?
However, they still have the Triangle Derby matches and it wouldn't make sense for Waka to defect to a new faction and go through an introductory storyline with a whole new unit while competing alongside her new Lollipop sisters, and Wakamania (aka New Blood Premium) is not until a few months away, so any possible switch in unit or potential trade between units would surely be a long way away so this is only mere speculation.
The growth of Gassan has truly been a fascinating story to follow, and there is much yet to come.
