>>18768399Rampage was an hour of content taped after Dynamite, by all accounts it was extremely easy for AEW to produce. WBD said "thanks but no thanks" and cancelled it.
On the one hand, this allows AEW to do more Dynamite/Collision combo tapings, but 4+ hours of taping can tire out an audience. It also makes it 5-6+ hours if they decide to add in dark matches or ROH tapings/content.
>it's a joke, hurr durr, I understand jokesYes we get it, you don't have the backbone to continue discussing AEW, media rights, WBD, etc, because you're a coward and are looking to slink away as soon as you can. But some of us actually enjoy discussing these topics and educating ourselves on all the material it takes to speak on these topics with some measure of expertise.
>>18768401Getting paid more for less work is based, but it doesn't point to WBD being voracious for AEW content to the point of offering them incentives such as a fully-guaranteed deal. Compare that to the USA/Smackdown deal where USA begged WWE to provide an additional hour of Smackdown for the first 6 months of the deal.
