Does anyone screeching about Vince or Brock actually understand how the law works? Corporations can fire you for any reason, but unless evidence is presented (and yes, I mean more than the text messages) then Vince will walk. Likely this case will never, ever see a criminal trial. I doubt the civil trial will happen either. This will get quietly settled out of court in a year or two.
