I'd compare Orange IRL to Triple H; Triple H is by all accounts a horrible human being given a lot of stuff he's done to get where he is right now as the guy running the WWE. At the same time, just about everyone I know who've had extensive dealings with him say that Hunter is a really nice guy; someone who cares about his fellow workers, longtime friends (see Regal), and who would give someone the jacket off his back if they needed it. I know Bryan Danielson speaks very fondly about Hunter and working with him in the early 10s and Adam Cole pretty much considers him a second father.
