The Nash/Bryan spam, the wolfie/rovert thing, even most of the console warring is them. Sure, others join in now but it's always them pushing it.
I don't know this for a fact but they seem to be people who are transgender and annoyed enough at 4chan generally that they are trying to shitpost the boards out of existence. It's not exclusively a pw thing.
As I said, on top of that you've also got your run of the mill low IQ people who think the spam is all real and want to join in.
The reason that the mods don't stop it, is because they are the mods too. There's a very clear line historically when the board went to absolute shit and it coincided with mod recruitment.
My advice is to do what most people here who try to use the board do, and filter out the bullshit. You lose 70% of threads here but at least it becomes usable.
