I've actually been planning to have Dolph show up and say the word for a long time. It's one of those things that has been on my list from the beginning but I never found the right place to actually do it. That actually happens a lot, for instance that Savage/Sheik match was originally planned for episode 1, but it sat on the back burner for 10 episodes. And even though he will primarily be a jobber, I will likely give Dolph a win from time to time just because I always liked him.

At the same time, I don't want to overuse him, despite how much everyone enjoys watching him get KWAB'd. Hence why we need some others. I will go ahead and reveal that Raja will probably be in the jobber role once he finally gets out of jail, and who knows? There just might be a particular lawman who is determined to send him back.
