We had a group trip in 7th grade to some camp. One of the activities was getting everyone over a giant wall thing with teamwork. When it was my turn to get pulled up I grunted and farted really loud in the face of the girl pulling me up on accident. Back in highschool I had a part in a play and I completely forgot my lines. I had no lines most of the play, and randomly had a paragraph near the end.
The entire stage was silent for a whole minute, before my teacher awkwardly shambled up on stage and handed me the script, which i proceeded to awkwardly stutter through, eyes filled with tears.
The crowd felt so fucking bad for me they gave me a pity standing ovation, probably cause they thought I was retarded(I had a bowl cut)

When I was about 20, I had an argument with my working class Dad, and due to a combination of alcohol and an inability to control strong emotions, I started crying in the pub in front of him and all his friends.
Everybody was so embarrassed that they sort of ignored me so I sat there shouting about how I wanted to be just like him and crying to a room full of 50 year old blokes who were cringing.
I was such an emotional cringelord as a kid and it was wholly embarrassing to think about
