>>10058336It’s objectively not true. I spent the last 30 hours skimming Twitter and finding every single individual tweet where someone can objectively prove they bought tickets. Then I went through their Twitter histories - and guess what? 83% of these accounts tweeted AEW-related content in the last 4 months. It’s even higher if you go back 9 months, nearing 100%.
So that gets me thinking - are they parachute accounts for AEW personnel, possibly Tony Khan himself?
I’m still researching this but the early findings are pretty shocking; these fake accounts are creating entire false narratives about AEW - effectively Tony Khan has built a “false fanbase” of people that are buying these tickets. Who are they? I’ll know more soon; but it appears to be family members of AEW stars, crisis actors, and (most alarming for me) CIA assets.
So how many REAL tickets were sold? Less then 5k, and that includes scalpers.
