That won't happen. Not because it can't but because the product Tony puts out isn't casual friendly. He makes a product specifically for people like him, smarks, forum nerds, a niche within the niche of pro wrestling. And while I don't think it's bad, it just isn't designed for anyone not already aware of the tropes and jargon associated with pro wrestling. It's why they began with 1.4 million and are at a steady 850k. It's why Punk can return and pop a huge rating then everything kind of settles again. The show isn't booked with the idea of attracting new people it's booked with the idea of entertaining the ones they have. That's not bad, but it is what it is. Dynamite will probably slowly leak viewers then get a big star, bounce back up, and repeat. AEW has a very loyal niche fanbase but the things they do to attract that fanbase drives away normal people.
